Backup and Restore Issues With New iOS

If you are like me and you have to have the latest and greatest gadgets out then you are have encountered a similar dilemma. How to transfer everything or at least 99% of everything to your new iDevice.

I have recently purchased the new iPhone 6s+ and I have tried to restore my previous iPhone 6+ info into my new iPhone, and just as have done for many years, I have connected my 6+ to my MacBook( Windows should be the same steps ), I then connected my new 6S+ to my MacBook clicked through the initial steps on the phone screen and then choose to restore from itunes backup. As many of us have done this previously everything would transfer over to the new idevice and you're set to go. With the new Apple Watch( Passwords, Health, and HomeKit data) are not backed up anymore on the regular backups, when I tried to pair my Apple watch to the new 6S+ I noticed that my activity info had not transferred over to my new phone, neither have my email passwords. After investigating a bit I noticed that the only way to transfer all(99%) of what is on your iPhone to a new iPhone you must now take a few new steps when you are backing up your iPhone.
