iPhone 5 Design Drawings Show Larger Edge-to-Edge Screen?

iDealsChina has received design drawings that they believe to be for the upcoming iPhone 5. The drawings show a larger edge-to-edge screen.

We just got what appears to be mold engineering drawings for iPhone 5. These would be used by case designers to create plastic, TPU, aluminum, silicone and leather cases. A while back we hear rumors that iPhone 5 would have a curved back but these images show iPhone 5 with the same form factor as iPhone 4 but with an edge to edge screen.

Apple Sells Out of First Batch of iPad 2s Available for Online Order

It looks like Apple has sold out of its first batch of iPad 2s available for online order. Shipping times have slipped from a couple days to 2-3 weeks.

If you are looking to get an iPad 2 this month you'll have to try your luck at a retail store. The iPad 2 will be available beginning at 5 p.m. local time at Apple Stores, AT&T, Best Buy, Target, Verizon Wireless, Walmart and select Apple Authorized Resellers.

iPad 2 is Now Available to Purchase Online

Apple has just made the iPad 2 available to purchase online from the Apple Store.

Yesterday Apple announced that iPad 2 will be available at 5 p.m. local time today at all 236 Apple retail stores in the US and through the Apple Store (www.apple.com) beginning at 1 a.m. PT. Every customer who buys an iPad 2 at an Apple retail store will be offered free Personal Setup service, helping them customize their iPad 2 by setting up email, loading new apps from the App Store and more, so they’ll be up and running with their new iPad 2 before they leave the store. iPad 2 will also be available beginning at 5 p.m. local time at AT&T, Best Buy, Target, Verizon Wireless, Walmart and select Apple Authorized Resellers.

Pricing:
iPad 2 with Wi-Fi is available for a suggested retail price of $499 for the 16GB model, $599 for the 32GB model, $699 for the 64GB model. iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G is available for a suggested retail price of $629 for the 16GB model, $729 for the 32GB model and $829 for the 64GB model. iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G compatible with the Verizon network is available in the US only for a suggested retail price of $629 for the 16GB model, $729 for the 32GB model and $829 for the 64GB model.
